  • HAHUSAPTL Ltd. will not be held liable for any illegal or unethical activities conducted by the Client before, during, or after the engagement.

  • Any misuse of the information, tools, or access gained through our services is solely the responsibility of the Client.

4. No Data Collection

  • HAHUSAPTL Ltd. does not collect, store, or retain any personal or operational data from clients beyond what is necessary for the service’s completion.

  • All data shared with us will be permanently deleted after the engagement concludes.

5. Refund Policy

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse proprietary tools or processes provided during the engagement.

8. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless HAHUSAPTL Ltd., its employees, and its agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from:

  • Misuse of services

  • Violation of applicable laws

  • Any consequences resulting from the Client’s own actions

9. Termination of Service

HAHUSAPTL Ltd. reserves the right to terminate any engagement without notice if:

  • The Client provides false or fraudulent information

  • The request violates applicable laws or ethical guidelines

  • The Client engages in behavior that threatens the safety or reputation of HAHUSAPTL Ltd.

HAHUSAPTL Ltd. may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available upon request. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
