  • HAHUSAPTL Ltd. will not be held liable for any criminal, unethical, or unlawful activities engaged in by the Client before, during, or after the engagement.

  • Any misuse of results, access, or information obtained from our services is entirely the responsibility of the Client.


3. No Data Collection

  • HAHUSAPTL Ltd. does not collect, store, or retain any personal or operational data beyond what is necessary to perform the agreed services.

  • All data provided by the Client will be permanently deleted after the engagement is concluded.


4. Refund Processing Time

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 12 hours of authorization.

  • The method of refund will be determined by HAHUSAPTL Ltd., based on the original payment method when possible.


5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in cases where:

  • The requested service has been substantially completed.

  • The Client provides false, misleading, or incomplete information.

  • The request is outside the original agreed scope of work.

  • The Client’s actions result in the failure or impossibility of completing the service.
